HERE YOU'LL FIND OUT ABOUT THE TREATMENTS OFFERED IN CLINIC
Anti-wrinkle treatments involve the use of prescribed medication that is licenced to treat fine lines and wrinkles. The most common areas we treat are the frown area, the forehead and around the sides of the eyes (crow's feet). The aim of the treatment is to relax the muscles which contribute to the development of static lines.
This treatment makes the lines look much softer and, over time, even stubborn static lines can be reduced. We can also treat other areas including the upper lip, the chin and the lower face and neck. Treatment options will be discussed during a consultation where you can ask any questions and discuss whether this treatment is right for you.
Treatments are relatively pain free, take very little time (20-30 minutes) and can have lasting wrinkle reduction effects for up to 3-6 months.
Through the natural aging process, we lose volume in our face caused by the absorption of bone and a reduction in the deep fat pads. Our skin also loses hyaluronic acid, elastin and collagen which contributes to lines and wrinkles appearing and the face looking older. Over time, our lips become finer and less hydrated.
Through the use of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, we can naturally restore the lost volume in the mid and lower face. Restoring this volume can give immediate lift and a more natural youthful appearance. Popular areas that we treat with dermal fillers include the cheek area, the chin, the marionette lines and the jowls of the lower face and the lips.
At The Windsor Clinic we only treat patients with the highest quality CE & FDA approved dermal filler (Belatero & Teoxane), with good safety data and safe injection practices. Our aim is to provide restorative treatments to help you to feel refreshed and rejuvenated in the most natural way.
Dermal Filler treatments can also be used to masculinise or feminise facial features. Treatments that can help include treating the jawline, the cheeks, the chin and the lips.
Please book a consultation to find out if dermal fillers are right for you.

Have you noticed any sagging or changes to the support in the face?
Profhilo Structura is the latest bio-remodelling treatment developed to restore the superficial fat pads at the back of the face, creating support and lift to the lower face and jowel area.
Treatment is subtle, creating a natural lift, without adding additional volume. It’s arguably safer than filler and has regenerative ongoing benefits as well as more shorter-term results.
This product helps reduce the ageing changes in the fat but because of the way that it spreads, it will also help the overlying skin in the same way that Profhilo does.
Treatment protocol requires two treatments, a month apart and results can last up to 6 months. Shereena and Gary are fortunate to be one of the first clinics in Northern Ireland to offer this wonderful new treatment.
The skin-care brand PCA Skin offers a line of professional, in-clinic chemical peels which focus on a progressive approach to improving skin quality. PCA (short for Physicians Care Alliance) was among the first to take a Jessner’s peel—a combination of lactic acid, salicylic acid, and an antiseptic exfoliant called resorcinol that dissolves dead skin cells and addresses acne and skin discoloration—and enhance it with other ingredients.
Our PCA treatment solutions include ingredients like azelaic acid, kojic acid, citric acid, vitamin C, and hydroquinone, to address a wider variety of concerns and a range of skin types.
The aims of a medical grade chemical peel are to speed skin cell turnover, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, clear breakouts, calm rosacea, and improve hyperpigmentation, including melasma—overall improving skin texture and tone.
Our PCA Skin peel solutions are self-neutralizing, so they can be left on skin without rinsing or adding a neutralizing solution.
We also provide a range of medical grade skincare and facials in clinic that would be tailored to your own skin needs.
Microneedling, also called Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), is a minimally invasive aesthetic medical procedure that we offer in clinic. Unlike, cosmetic microneedling, Shereena and Gary are trained to microneedle at depth which increase fibroblast activity in the dermis stimulating the wound healing process, causing the body to produce more collagen and elastin. The result is skin that looks younger and healthier.
During the treatment the skin is cleansed and prepared. During the microneedling procedure, specific treatments can be applied to the skin called mesotherapy. These can be designed to treat the individual concerns.
Unlike lasers and deep chemical peels, microneedling safely treats the skin from the inside out, simultaneously protecting the epidermis and basement membrane. This treatment can be performed on all skin types.
A minimum of 3 treatments is recommended. However, 6+ treatments may be needed for optimum results. There is minimal downtime. Patients may experience some redness, slight swelling, itching, or a warm sensation 12-48 hours after treatment. Collagen remodeling takes place over time. Therefore, the skin will continue to improve over the 6-12 months following a series of treatments.
